The Risom Lounge chair stool expresses as the other chairs in this collection a casual Scandinavian sensibility. Originally the stool chair was constructed of a birch frame and surplus parachute straps which were among the few materials available during the ware. This is a true classic by Copenhagen born Jens Risom who was the designer taking Danish modernism to the U.S.
Materials: The chair has a frame made of solid wood with the seat and back in woven cotton straps.
